Clean, Dust-Free: Maintain dust-free environment; avoid smoke/dust sources.
Stable Conditions: Temperature: 18°C-30°C; Humidity: 35%-65%.
Clear Surfaces: Keep printer surfaces clear, especially of liquids.
Stable Placement: Ensure printer is level and media is flat during loading to prevent media deviation.
EMI Avoidance: Keep away from household appliances and strong electromagnetic fields.

Maintenance Procedures:
Encoder Strip: Regularly clean; ensure proper alignment to prevent carriage interference.
Filters: Inspect/replace clogged filters to maintain ink flow.
Capping Station: Keep clean to ensure effective printhead sealing.
Wiper Blade: Maintain clean, undamaged wiper blades for proper ink removal.
Ink Cartridges/Waste Tanks: Clean regularly to prevent sediment buildup and flow issues.
Stabilizer: Use dedicated 3000W+ stabilizer per printer for stable power.
Ink Levels: Monitor to prevent printhead dry-firing and clogging.
Print Platform: Keep free of debris to avoid printhead damage.
Printhead: Clean nozzle face and surrounding area carefully with lint-free swabs/cleaning fluid.
Ink Damper: Check for looseness; secure to prevent leaks.
